Why hasn’t Giuliani discovered the prenup?

Tuesday, April 17, 2018

Looks like Rudy Giuliani is becoming more than just a little familiar with the family court as he now finds himself embroiled in divorce number three. While he holds hope that this divorce will be resolved amicably – which is the preferred mode of resolution so long as a fair and equitable settlement is feasible—time will tell whether he and his wife are on the same page in terms of what's fair and equitable. One would have guessed that if anything, his first two ventures into Family Court would have educated him as to the virtues of a valid and binding prenuptial (antenuptial) agreement wherein he would not have to rely on his wife being on the same page as him – in the face of marital discord – as to what fair and equitable means – or leaving a judge to make that determination, likely many tens of thousands of dollars later in attorney fees and costs.
